Stuart Muszynski said that Sam Miller started the annual Celebration of Goodness not only because he believed in the importance of culture building in the community, but because he felt it was important to set the right example.

“Sam believed that people copy people, for good or for bad, so he wanted to demonstrate the good that goes on in our community,” Muszynski, president and CEO of Values-in-Action Foundation, told the Cleveland Jewish News. “Every year, since that first Celebration of Goodness, we’ve honored a cohort of people who demonstrate their goodness in the community.”

Values-in-Action Foundation is presenting the 25th annual Celebration of Goodness luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Dec. 8 at Landerhaven at 6111 Landerhaven Drive in Mayfield Heights.
