LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - A man was hospitalized following a stabbing in west Lincoln on Monday.
Lincoln Police were called to an area near North First and East O streets at 4:40 p.m.
LPD said that two men got into a fight at a nearby U-Stop before moving to a nearby parking lot, where one man was armed with a club and the other with a knife. After the fight, the man armed with a knife ran north, officers said.
LPD said one man was taken to a local hospital in non-life threatening condition with several cuts.
Several police cars could be seen between East O and P streets, taping off the area.
LPD said the fight seemed to be between the two men, and there is no apparent threat to the public.
