WHITE OAK, Pa. —

New, unsealed court documents have revealed more details in the fatal shooting of a man outside of a Wendy's in White Oak last month.

The documents obtained Monday revealed that police conducted undercover surveillance on members of the Pagans Motorcycle Club, leading to charges in the fatal shooting of Kenneth Hayman outside a Wendy's in White Oak on Oct. 12. Advertisement

According to the documents, Jacob Baker was heard on intercepted recordings admitting that he shot Kenneth Hayman, "believing that he hit him multiple times with gunfire."

The criminal complaints, now unsealed, state that Baker, Albert Renchko and Victor Cruz are members of the Pagans Motorcycle Club, with Cruz identified as the president of the Irwin chapter.
