STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A New Springville man was sentenced Monday to 15 years in federal prison in a sex-trafficking and coercion case involving a 14-year-old girl and other women in Brooklyn.

Justin Dixon, 34, was sentenced by Judge William F. Kuntz II at the federal courthouse in Brooklyn, after pleading guilty to coercion and enticement of a minor and being in possession of a firearm. Dixon pleaded guilty to the charges in November 2024.

In January 2023, Dixon transported the minor victim and other women to a known prostitution area of Pennsylvania Avenue in East New York, Brooklyn, referred to as the “Penn Track” or the “Blade,” according to authorities.
