The Australian man who rushed and lunged at Ariana Grande on the red carpet in Singapore earlier this month is no longer welcome in the country.
Johnson Wen, a social media personality known for menacing celebrities at big events, was initially charged with “being a public nuisance,” the BBC reported.
Wen was sentenced to nine days behind bars following the incident and told the judge he would “not do it again.” But due to the “massive outrage” it caused in Singapore, the outlet reported that the 26-year-old has been “barred from re-entering” the country, citing the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority.
