Are pop-star Tate McRae and NHL superstar Jack Hughes dating?

It’s a question being posed on various corners of the internet — as well as in publications like and — after a photo purported to be McRae and Hughes dining together began to circulate online late last week.

According to the celebrity gossip site DeuxMoi, which posted the photo, the two were spotted enjoying dinner together at Anton’s in New York’s West Village last Thursday night.

A source told DeuxMoi: “The entire restaurant was staring” at the pair and Hughes “seemed nervous … was looking around a lot when they first sat down.”
