WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - A Wichita teenager is pleading guilty to multiple charges in relation to a deadly drive-by shooting.
On Monday, Elias Cerda entered a guilty plea to voluntary manslaughter, second degree murder and attempted aggravated robbery.

The drive-by shooting happened in January of 2024, killing 14-year-old Emoni Shears and 19-year-old Jhiquez Roberts.
