The Dallas Cowboys have a short week with a big game coming up. And their receiver, who has exceeded all expectations , joined a teammate in missing practice Monday. George Pickens and KaVontae Turpin sat out the day after the Cowboys edged the Eagles on a last-second field goal.
Pickens is coming off a monster game, where he played a key role in his team’s important 24-21 win over the defending Super Bowl champions. He finished with 146 yards receiving and scored a touchdown.
However, he developed a couple of dings in the contest, according to a post on X by Tom Pelissero.
The Cowboys listed WRs George Pickens (knee/calf) and KaVontae Turpin (shoulder/illness) as nonparticipants on today's estimated injury report.
