A major police operation has seen 15 people arrested and thousands of pounds worth of drugs seized in a Greater Manchester suburb. ‌

The crackdown, which began on November 10, is targeting drug dealing, driving offences and anti-social behaviour in Brinnington, Stockport. In just two weeks, officers have made numerous arrests for a range of offences including possession with intent to supply , failing to appear at court, dangerous driving, and weapons offences. ‌

The haul so far includes approximately £17,000 in suspected illicit cash , two kilograms of heroin with a street value of around £200,000, twelve knives, and a significant amount of cannabis. Police have also recovered twelve vehicles and two e-bikes. ‌
