Thanksgiving is one of the best holidays, centered around a big turkey meal with all the fixings . But what do you do with all that food the day after the holiday? We can't just eat cold turkey sandwiches forever, can we?

Serves 1. Provided by the now-closed Dish on Market
4 ounces flour
2 ounces butter
1/2 cup whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Salt to taste
2 slices Texas toast, cut diagonally
4 ounces turkey
2 slices grilled tomato
6 ounces shredded Parmesan
2 slices applewood smoked bacon, fried
2 ounces shredded sharp Cheddar chees
