Christmas trees decorated by local businesses and organizations and other Christmas decorations fill Slack Plaza and Brawley Walkway between Summers and Capitol streets.
The Downtown Charleston Association , which puts on the event, is expecting 30,000 to 40,000 visitors to downtown over the two-day festival.
