MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, PA – A 59-year-old Harrisburg man has been arrested and charged in connection with a bank robbery that occurred Friday morning at a First National Bank branch in York County, police announced.

The Northern York County Regional Police Department responded at 10:06 a.m. on November 21 to a robbery at the bank located at 55 Arsenal Road. According to investigators, the suspect initially entered the bank and asked for something to write on. After appearing flustered when another customer entered, he claimed he forgot something in his vehicle and exited.
