KINGSTON, N.H. —
A small earthquake was detected Tuesday morning in southern New Hampshire.
According to the U.S. Geological Survey , the 1.8-magnitude earthquake was centered three kilometers southwest of Kingston. It shook at 10:13 a.m.
There were no reports of damage or injuries.

This quake follows a few minor ones that were detected in the past few months, including one earlier this month in Webster .
Of course, many won’t soon forget the earthquake that shook New Hampshire in January, when a 3.8-magnitude quake centered just off Portsmouth hit at 10:22 a.m. on Jan. 27.
