With the Jewish Federation of Cleveland’s 2026 Campaign for Jewish Needs drawing to a close, the organization will hold a closing event on Dec. 8 that will feature speaker Eli Sharabi, a released hostage from the Oct. 7, 2023, Hamas-led surprise attack on Israel. The event will be held from 7:30 to 9 p.m. at the Hebrew Academy of Cleveland’s Mendy and Ita Klein Oakwood Campus in the Simon and Rose Mandel Building at 1800 Warrensville Center Road in Cleveland Heights.
General campaign chair Amir Jaffa will share the year’s campaign results, while Allison Brandon will be honored for her commitment and leadership with the Amb. Milton A. and Roslyn Z. Wolf Young Campaigner of the Year award.
