It was another year of magic and miracles at the Enchanted Forest charity event in Duchesne County. On Thursday, November 20th, the Enchanted Forest in Roosevelt raised over $284,000 by auctioning 25 beautiful trees representing 25 basin wide charities. The public was able to visit the Christmas wonderland at the Crossroads Center on Friday and Saturday with a live nativity performance on Friday and Santa story hour on Saturday. “It is estimated that over 7000 people will be served by the various nonprofits and the proceeds that were so generously donated by businesses, individuals and families,” shares Irene Hansen, who helps with the annual event.
