The South Carolina Supreme Court has scheduled a date to hear the murder conviction appeal of Richard Alexander "Alex" Murdaugh.

The South Carolina high court will hear oral arguments in Murdaugh's appellate case on Wednesday, Feb. 11, beginning at 9:30 a.m., according to a February 2026 S.C. Supreme Court roster released by the S.C. Attorney General's Office on Tuesday, Nov. 25.
