Home HeadQuarters Inc. , a nonprofit neighborhood and community development organization and community development financial institution that provides home ownership, home improvement and property development opportunities for Upstate New Yorkers, announced two job changes.

Elroy Edwards is now its chief construction officer. A resident of the South Side of Syracuse, he is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of HHQ’s new single-family home construction as part of the organization’s NYS Affordable Home Ownership program and other residential projects. Edwards is the main point of contact for all contractors who work with Home HeadQuarters through its lending and property development activities.
