The Colts will be without a player that special teams coordinator Brian Mason believes is “one of the three best special teams players in the NFL” until at least the end of December.
The Colts announced Tuesday that Ashton Dulin , the team’s starting punt return gunner and wide receiver with an affinity for breaking big plays, had been placed on IR with a hamstring injury, requiring the undrafted free agent from 2019 to miss at least the next four games through the Colts’ Dec. 22 Monday Night Football matchup with the San Francisco 49ers.
