The Michigan High School Football Coaches Association released its annual all-region teams, highlighting the top high school football athletes from 40 geographic areas.

Each of the state’s 10 divisions – eight 11-player and two 8-player – was divided up into four regions, and the MHSFCA honored the top players from each region to comprise this year’s honorary list.

Sixty-seven Muskegon-area football players earned a spot in their respective regional lists, including seven from Spring Lake and six each from the Muskegon Big Reds and the Whitehall Vikings.
