GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — A Grand Rapids man is facing several charges after being accused of viewing child sexually abusive material online.
Michigan State Police say Donte Marcel Holts, 37, was arrested on two counts of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material, two counts of using a computer to commit a crime, and two counts of possession of firearms and ammunition by a prohibited person.
The Michigan State Police Computer Crimes Unit and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force said they seized digital evidence against him.
Holts was arraigned in the 61st District Court in Grand Rapids on Nov. 22.
