What was supposed to be a new tradition ended in tragedy for one blended family after 18-year-old Anna Kepner was found dead aboard a Carnival cruise ship.

The body of the Florida teen, who was a cheerleader and aspiring K9 police officer, was discovered by housekeeping staff on Nov. 7. Her death was ruled a homicide over two weeks later.
