Ishow you how to create a storage container that’s anything but ordinary. I used a Sono tube, two wood rounds, some yarn, and a trusty hot glue gun. I transform these materials into a giant spool of thread. With a table saw and a circle cutting jig, I shaped the wood rounds to fit snugly on top and bottom. The pièce de résistance? A yarn-covered exterior that hides all traces of cardboard. The top round lifts off, revealing a perfect hideaway for fabric scraps or other treasures.
