MASON CITY, Iowa —

In Mason City, Sherry Zurn, a great-grandmother, is experiencing a moment of deja vu at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center.

She proudly holds her twin great-granddaughters, Teagan and Taytum, at the same hospital where she delivered twin boys 72 years ago.

This full-circle moment is a sweet experience for Sherry and her family.
