FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Expect strong winds for any travel you have today. Wind gusts will come out of the west, reaching up to 45-50 mph. A Wind Advisory is in place for much of the state from 7 am until 7 pm. Be sure to give semi trucks a bit more space on north and south oriented roads as they adjust to the strong crosswinds. It’s not a bad idea to keep an eye on any regional flight delays that may occur due to strong winds today.
A few light snow showers are possible over the next few days, with the best chance for widespread snow looking to come on Saturday.
