A woman was taken to hospital after two vehicles crashed on a major road in south Wales. Multiple emergency services were at the scene on Tuesday, November 25, after reports of a crash between a car and a van at around 5.30pm.

The crash happened along the A472 at Pontypool, westbound involving a Peugeot and a white van. The female passenger of the car was taken to hospital and no other injuries were reported.
