The horrifying incident took place on Wrexham High Street, Wales, with a court ordering the dog to be euthanised. The owner has avoided jail but has been disqualified from keeping a dog for two years at a hearing on Tuesday at Mold Crown Court. Tomasz Wegner, 45, pleaded guilty to possessing a fighting dog and to being the owner of a dog dangerously out of control .
