MARSHALL, Texas - The magic of the holiday season can be found in Marshall, Texas during the 38th annual Wonderland of Lights.
"It's like a Hallmark movie out here, it's a wonderful blessing," said one visitor.
Families can expect a holly jolly time at Santa's Village. It's free to the public and kids can meet Santa, get their face painted and build toys or ornaments.
"It's a fun time and free for the public. We love to be able to celebrate Christmas with our families here," said Marshall Tourism Administrator Lacy Burson.
Dancers from Magnolia Dance Studio and other studios performed in front of the courthouse during the opening ceremony with festive costumes.
Attractions include ice skating, a carousel and bounce slides.
Thousands of people are expected to visit Marshall this year,
