The naked body of a pensioner has been found at a home in Thailand after what was reportedly a drug-fuelled threesome with two other men.

Athipphat Wangsilabat was found dead and "covered in ants" on the sofa of a property in Lopburi province. He allegedly injected narcotics into his veins to prepare himself for the sex session with two men, aged 52 and 38, in their home.

Officers from Mueang Lop Buri police station say they were called just before 10.30pm on November 16 and arrived to find the man unresponsive in the living room. Officers said there were no signs of physical assault and estimated that he'd been dead for up to four hours before they arrived at the scene.
