Winnipeg Crime Stoppers has launched a new awareness campaign aimed at curbing arson across the city and is extending its enhanced rewards for arson-related tips until the end of 2025.

The campaign carries the message “Let’s Ignite the Fight Against Arson” and focuses on encouraging residents to report suspicious activity anonymously. The organization says rising numbers of suspicious fires are putting added strain on firefighters, neighbourhoods and property owners.
