KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — With just two days left in this year’s “Camping for Cans” event, organizers are hoping for a final push of donations to support families in need across Appalachia. The week-long can drive — hosted by CARE 365 and Mission of Hope — continues through Friday, Nov. 28, at the Food City on Morrell Road in Knoxville
Event organizer Coach Moore has been camping out all week in the CARE 365 replica of “Cousin Eddy’s RV,” a nod to the holiday classic "Christmas Vacation."
