Asda has issued an emergency instruction to shoppers amid an "unsafe" warning. Asda has urgently pulled a £2.57 party snack from shelves and warned it’s ‘unsafe to eat’.
The supermarket has recalled its Asda 10 Mini Duck Spring Rolls with Hoisin Dip because they have an incorrect use by date. As a result of the packaging error, the spring rolls have been considered “unsafe to consume”.
The affected spring rolls have a use by date of December 29 on the packaging, but the actual use by date is November 29. A spokesman for the Food Standards Agency (FSA) added: “The product listed above has been labelled with an incorrect use by date of 29 December 2025 which makes them unsafe to consume after the correct use by date of 29 November 2025.
