COLUMBUS, Ohio — A Columbus bar owner is putting his money where his mouth is ahead of Saturday’s Ohio State–Michigan game — and it could cost him thousands.
Benjamin Morgan, co-owner of Eupouria, a self-serve draft beer bar near the Ohio State main campus, is offering customers free drinks if the Buckeyes don't beat the Wolverines.
To qualify, guests must check in with a bartender before the end of the first quarter. If Ohio State falls short, up to four servings from the draft wall per person will be covered.
“At Eupouria, our product is creating memories, and what better way to create core memories than offering our guests a win-win scenario,” Morgan told 10TV. “I’m looking at a potential loss here of around $10,000. If Ryan Day and our boys don’t get this win, I don’t know if I can
