Morgan Gibbs-White remains an injury doubt for Nottingham Forest’s Premier League match against Brighton on Sunday.

The 25-year-old scored at Anfield last weekend as Forest sealed a 3-0 victory over Liverpool to pile more pressure on Arne Slot.

But the midfielder was left out of Forest’s 3-0 win at home to Malmo in the Europa League on Thursday night and watched the game from the stands at the City Ground.

Speaking before the game against Malmo, Forest manager Sean Dyche played down the severity of Gibbs-White’s injury.

‘We’re just settling an issue with him, we’re hopeful it’s nothing too serious but he’ll miss this one,’ Dyche said.
