A house in Tenafly that sold for $7 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Bergen County in the past week.

The county saw a total of 232 residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $940,765. The average price per square foot was $447.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 17 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $2.5 million, single-family residence at 334 Heights Road

A sale has been finalized for a single-family home at 334 Heights Road in Ridgewood. The price was $2,450,000. The house was built in 1920 and the living area totals 3,280 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $747. The deal was finalized on Oct. 23.
