Kick off the holidays with all-you-can-eat desserts.

The annual The Great Bake Off will be held noon-4 p.m. Nov. 30 at the Best Western Premier Hotel, 800 East Park Drive in Lower Paxton Township.

The event combines unlimited dessert samples from amateur and professional bakers who compete in five categories — pies, cookies, cakes and cupcakes, brownies and creative baked goods.

Participants include Anna Rose Bakery & Coffee Shop in Harrisburg, Jodi’s Sweets & Treats and Jodi’s Sweets & Treats.

The event also features gift bags for kids, music, free face painting, prizes, a cash bar and hotdogs and sausages for sale. During the event the Steelers game will air.
