ROCK HILL, S.C. —

One person is dead and another is critically injured after a shooting at an apartment complex in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Officers with the Rock Hill Police Department responded to reports of gunfire at an apartment complex in the 2300 block of Eden Terrace just before 12:40 a.m.

When officers arrived, an 18-year-old was found dead from multiple gunshot wounds. A 20-year-old was also found injured with multiple gunshots. The 20-year-old was taken to the Piedmont Medical Center by EMS.

The investigation remains ongoing. No other details have been released.
