DALTON, Ga. — In her home district, backers of Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene said they are not blaming President Donald Trump for pushing her out of Congress. Greene announced Friday she is resigning from office, with her last day set for Jan. 5.

Greene represents Georgia's 14th District.

"I’m a Q follower," chuckled Mary Pollard, adding she’s serious about QAnon , and serious about supporting Greene – who talked up Q early in her political career.

"The jury’s out. I don’t know why she left when she did," Pollard said.

She said while she supports her congresswoman, she also understands why politics might drive out politicians.
