An El Paso motorcycle rider died after he was driving at a high rate of speed and crashed into another vehicle in Northeast El Paso, authorities said.
John Paul Forero Moya, 26, was driving a 2022 Kawasaki ER650 at a high rate of speed about 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 26, in the 8300 block of Magnetic Street in the Park Foothills neighborhood, El Paso Police Department spokesman Officer Adrian Cisneros said in a news release.
As Moya approached the intersection of Magnetic Street and Hercules Avenue, a 37-year-old Socorro man was driving a 2014 Nissan Murano and turning left from Magnetic onto Hercules. Moya, who was driving north on Magnetic Street, crashed into the Nissan at the intersection.
Moya died from the injuries he suffered in the wreck. No further information was released as
