A joint venture partnership has launched a multimillion-dollar renovation project to modernize more than 75,000 square feet of common areas at the Northeast Science and Technology Center in Kenilworth.
The project focuses on the 1.2-million-square-foot 15 NEST building, which will receive upgrades to its lobby, corridors, cafeteria, fitness center and auditorium.
Onyx Equities , Machine Investment Group and Pivot Real Estate Partners , the companies that own the campus, announced the renovation plans this week.
Work will proceed in two phases.
The first phase, covering the central lobby and auditorium, is scheduled for completion by mid-2026. The second phase, which includes the remaining shared spaces, is expected to finish by the end of 2026.
