President Trump last night unveiled what he called a policy of “reverse migration,” using the shooting of two National Guard members in Washington as the springboard for yet another aggressive crackdown on immigrants.

Trump vowed to block admissions from unnamed “developing countries,” strip citizenship from some naturalized Americans, and eliminate all federal benefits for non-citizens.
