WASHINGTON — Marquay Collins, a popular TikTok creator known to his millions of followers as “Maquay the Goat,” has died at age 24.

Collins’ mother, Sonja, announced his death Tuesday in an emotional Facebook post Wednesday.

“My heart is broken,” she wrote. “My baby, my last one, my SnuggaBug, my Marquay is no longer here with me.”

She did not share a cause of death.

Collins amassed more than 6.9 million followers on TikTok, where he posted comedy skits, lifestyle content and videos highlighting his upbeat personality under the profile "marquaythegoat." His final post appeared on his account on Nov. 25.

In her tribute, Sonja described her son as gentle and deeply loving.

“He was the sweetest person — he didn’t have a mean bone in his body,” she wrote. “I needed him longer than God
