Two people have died following a house fire in Nain on Thursday.

First responders rushed to the home on Middle Path Road around 9 p.m.

Two people, a 66-year-old man and a 44-year-old woman were found dead inside.

The cause of the fire is under investigation, and the office of the Chief Medical Examiner has been engaged.

Anyone who may have witnessed the fire, or who had footage from the area, is asked to contact the RCMP.
