A brain scan revealed Kim Kardashian had "low activity" after the reality TV star learned she had a small brain aneurysm.
The "All's Fair" actress, 45, underwent the scan on the Nov. 27 episode of Hulu's "The Kardashians," where Dr. Daniel Amen highlighted "holes" that suggest that the front part of her brain "is less active than it should be."
The celebrity psychologist, who specializes in brain disorders, said that low activity could be prompted by chronic stress as she prepared to take the California bar exam in July 2025.
"With your frontal lobes, as they work now, it would be harder to manage stress and that's not good for you, especially as you're studying and you're getting ready to take the boards," Amen told Kardashian, who was alongside longtime family friend Scott Disick.
Amen added that while the Skims co-founder isn't overly anxious or depressed, she is extremely sleepy, which further worried her.
"That just can't be. It just can't. I'm not accepting (that)," she said. "I got to get on a plan to really figure this out because I have (expletive) to do this summer."
On a positive note, Amen assured Kardashian that she does not have a high risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease and said she was "extraordinary in being positive."
"I have a beautiful brain," Kardashian said in her confessional. "I heard that before."
Kim Kardashian gives update on brain aneurysm
After an Oct. 23 episode of "The Kardashians" revealed her small brain aneurysm diagnosis, the entrepreneur gave an update on "Good Morning America" Oct. 28.
"I had to end up going and getting tons of other brain scans at Cedars (Sinai Medical Center)," Kardashian told journalist Robin Roberts.
She assured the public that she is fine and encouraged viewers to tune in, adding, "Everything works out."
In a previous episode of the reality series, Kardashian suggested that her "little" aneurysm was brought on by the stress of her divorce from Ye, the rapper formerly known as Kanye West.
Kim to retake the California bar exam after failing
On her Instagram story earlier this month, Kardashian confirmed she did not pass the California bar exam in July, which is required to become a licensed attorney in the state.
She said she is determined to keep taking the test until she passes, after starting her law journey six years ago
"Well… I’m not a lawyer yet, I just play a very well-dressed one on TV," she wrote, acknowledging her new role in Ryan Murphy's not-so critically acclaimed series "All's Fair." "I’m still all in until I pass the bar. No shortcuts, no giving up – just more studying and even more determination."
She continued: "Thank you to everyone who has supported and encouraged me along the way so far. Falling short isn’t failure – it’s fuel. I was so close to passing the exam and that only motivates me even more. Let’s Go!"
