MORGANTOWN - During Paige Brink’s freshman season at Morgantown High, her team fell to Musselman in the state championship.
The Mohigans returned the following season when Brink was a sophomore, and captured the program’s first-ever state championship, avenging the loss by defeating Musselman for the title.
MHS returned to the championship match in 2024 but fell to Hedgesville in a five-set thriller during Brink’s junior season. Finally, Brink earned her second state championship with Morgantown in four years with a 3-1 victory over the Eagles to cap her senior year.
Brink played nearly every position for MHS in 2025, finishing the year with 349 kills at a 44% rate, 470 serve receptions, 241 digs, and 75 aces with an 83% service rate. She was also named Ohio Valley Athletic Conference 5
