LOUISVILLE, Ky. —
A car show in Louisville on Saturday was about much more than classic cars and custom engines.
Hundreds of drivers and spectators came out to the Kentucky Exposition Center to honor the victims of the deadly UPS plane crash.
The event was organized by the Stir Crazy Four by Four Club.
It transformed the Expo Center into a space of healing, remembrance and support.
Organizers said all the proceeds will go toward helping those impacted by the tragedy.
Stir Crazy moderator Christian Kendall said, “We wanted to come together and do something for the community. Something tangible. And we're working with Team Kentucky to make sure that the funds collected here today make it back to the families of the survivors."
