ESPN made a surprising decision regarding the national anthem ahead of Saturday’s clash between Ohio State and Michigan.
The network’s ‘College GameDay’ set up outside Michigan Stadium on the day, with the crew bringing former Wolverines standout and current Detroit Lions star Aidan Hutchinson along.
FOX had broadcast rights, so The Worldwide Leader in Sports wrapped up early. However, they were permitted to stick around long enough to show the national anthem, which was understandably surprising to fans.
