ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) -A man is in custody after threatening to stab a hotel employee on Thursday.
According to court records, Brian Radley, 46, is being charged with one count of resisting arrest, one count of property damage and one count of fourth-degree assault.
Documents state that officers responded to Embassy Suites at the 600 block of North 7th Street.
There, they met with an employee who stated Radley had been previously banned from the hotel after making threats at several employees earlier in the day, including threatening to stab the hotel valet.
The employee said Radley told him he would kill him and stab him. Radley then reached to his waistband to indicate he had a weapon.
