Four people were killed and 10 were wounded in a shooting during a children’s birthday party Saturday night at a banquet hall in Stockton, officials said. The victims ranged in age from adults to youths in what appeared to be a “targeted shooting,” San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Heather Brendt said. No suspect has been arrested, Brendt said. The shooting was reported shortly before 6 p.m. near the 1900 block of Lucile Avenue in the Sherwoods Manor neighborhood.
