The triceps muscle crosses two major joints in the body -- the elbow and the shoulder. It's a critical component of upper body biomechanics and is involved in almost every arm movement that exists. This week, I'll present some tips for maintaining this key muscle and will introduce one of my all-time favorite triceps strengthening moves.
