San Joaquin County sheriff's office believe it was a "targeted attack".

Shots were fired around 6pm yesterday (November 29) at a family gathering to celebrate a child's birthday.

In total, 14 people were hit by gunfire, including children, with four dead and 10 injured. No details have yet been given on the condition of those in hospital but it's feared the death toll could rise

The suspected gunman is still at large as police have launched a manhunt while asking the shooter to turn themselves in.
